The list has been qualified by our screening criteria of ESG100 securities and met our rating criteria guided by the CORE Framework2 principles. We believe the list helps investors increase their investing opportunities in contributing good returns for the long term”.
As a result of assessment, the list of securities, entering in the ESG100 universe for the first time, that classified as 2023 ESG Emerging list consists of 15 securities: AAI, AWC, BRR, BVG, DEXON, ITC, PLANB, POLY, PRI, PRIME, SICT, SISB, TLI, WHA, WHAIR.
Investors who are interested in investing with selected constituents from ESG Emerging list (2020-2023) of 35 securities can do so via the Thaipat ESG Emerging Private Fund which adopted passive investing strategy and weighed small- and mid-cap securities as equal as large-cap ones. Its investment policy relies on a larger price range movement of the small- and mid-cap than the large-cap, with a rebalancing strategy every 3 months in building up opportunities for gaining high returns against benchmarking index. The fund is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Co., Ltd. (LH Fund)3
Thaipat Institute has also compiled the 2023 ESG Turnaround list for the first time as a choice of ESG investment with opportunities in getting returns from securities that are in the recovery mode and backing up by ESG factors.
The list of ESG Turnaround securities consists of AOT, BA, BAFS, CENTEL, ERW, MINT, SEAFCO, SHR, SPA, THRE in a total of 10 securities.

The securities in the list have shown a turnaround signal and upside opportunity from market recovery with underlying potential on their core business backed by ESG factors”. Dr. Pipat added.
